Concept Sketches

The User context is mostly in an office. Therefore the gestures, feedback and eco
system are to be based on office environment.
- The gestures must be discrete and small as it may disturb other colleagues.
- The feedback shall not be noticed by other colleagues.
- Eco system may involve the accessible office items: computers, screens, desk, chair, etc.

The initial feedback was to use vibration motors to guide users to
attempt certain yoga poses, however it require too many motor units
and considering the complexity of human body, vibration motors were
not quite sophisticated enough to guide a person.

The Gestures were: "Putting hands together", and "push it off".
As the alarm goes off, the user may choose to use either one of the
gestures. If the user uses "putting hands together", the device will
show the suggested yoga poses on the phone and be in exercise mode.
If the user uses "push it off", the alarm will go off in another 30 minutes.
The snooze function is designed because the user may need to talk to
other colleagues or be in a meeting that they cannot perform yoga just yet.
