Pavlok is a device that helps the user getting rid of their bad habits. The device has a
electrifying component that 'zaps' the user. The user is supposed to zap themselves as
they repeat their bad habits.
The developers advertise that the product that help the user with the following habits.
Other than just the electric shock feature, Pavlok also has a few other functions to help the user
effectively.
The Pavlok app offers strength function that user can change the strength of the shock.
Also, the user may be able to access the record of shocks and see how well they are doing
with stopping whatever habits they have.
The fact that the product requires the user to activate the shock function makes the product
seem somewhat useless. However, if the user is not dedicated enough to punish themselves, they probably will not quit that habit in any way.
